We strive our best to get our books to where you are. Read below to find out more about our shipping policy.

We ship to anywhere in the world. We try to find the best rates to get our books to your homes.

Simply send us a message letting us know the titles and quantities of your order, as well as your location, so we can back to you with an accurate rate.

Within Singapore, your order should reach you in 2-3 days (not counting weekends and public holidays). For example, if your order is placed on Friday, expect your order to reach you by Tuesday or Wednesday.

For international deliveries, orders should reach you in 1-2 weeks, depending on your location.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Unfortunately, we do not offer self-pickup service.

If your order is urgent, you may buy our books from any local bookstore that carry our titles.

All international orders are subject to their respective country's customs and import duty fees. Your customs and import duty fees will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based on your product value.

These fees are not included in your Homely Hammock order and shipping cost. All customs and import duty fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

Returns and exchanges

Write in to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Include your order number, explaining the reason for your return. We strongly urge customers to keep a record of tracking or delivery and confirmation when returning items.

We will review your request and get back to you. If the request is approved, we'll refund the full cost of the items only (excluding shipping).

We check all our items to ensure that they are in good condition before being packed for shipment. For international orders, we take extra care to pack your orders in boxes that are amply sized so your items are well-protected.

Therefore, we are not liable for items damaged or lost in the mail. We appreciate your kind understanding.

You'll be refunded the original price of the product. Shipping charges, including return shipping and tracking services, are non-refundable.
